- 1 paczka biszkoptów
- 0,5l jogurtu naturalnego
- 6 łyżeczek żelatyny (48g)
- owoce (np. truskawki, borówki, winogrono)
- 3 galaretki
- 1/4 szklanki cukru (50g)
INGREDIENTS: 2 servings
- 1 pack sponge biscuits
- 0.5 l natural yoghurt
- 6 teaspoons granulated gelatin (48g)
- fruits (eg. strawberries, blueberries, grapes)
- 3 jellies
- 1/4 cup sugar (50g)
PRZYGOTOWANIE
PREPARATION
Prepare jellies according to recipe directions. Pour one of them on a flat plate or tray and put into the fridge to set. The rest leave to cool in the cup (out of the frigde). Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of hot water (according to the directions). The bottom of the mold lay off the sponge biscuits (1). When the first jelly is set cut it into cubes. Fruits which will be on top of the cake cut into halves (2), the rest leave untouched (just washed ;)). If the gelatin got cold do a water bath to dissolve it again (at the end it should be warm) (3). Pour yogurt into a bowl of a stand mixer, stir it on a low speed, add sugar. Than increase speed to medium, add warm (not hot!) gelatin. Mix for a 30 second to a minute. Then mix the yogurt mixture with a spatula, diced jelly and fruits which were not cut. In the moment mass will start to set. Than lay it off on the pre-prepared biscuits. Align the top of the mixtur nicely. Put it into the fridge. When you notice that the jellies in a cup begin to set, pull a form with the yogurt mass out of the fridge. Place the remaining fruits on the top of that mass, lightly pressing them into it (4). Pour jellies from the cup gently on the fruits (all should be cover ed) (5). Allow the dough to set in the fridge for few hours. Then take it out and let stand for about 30 minutes so that the dough nicely leap out of your mold. For more impatient ones: cut the cake from the form with a knife and pull the cake out :)
... Smacznego :) ... Bon appetit!
